What We Offer

  • A working meeting, not a meet and greet. We’ll spend up to two hours in your home walking through your space, talking through what’s working, what isn’t, and what’s possible. You’ll leave with honest, experienced advice and a sense of direction.

    This is a great starting point whether you’re planning a full renovation and want expert input before you get started, or you’re tackling something smaller — a single room, a furniture layout, a feature wall, or a space that just needs a little help coming together. If you choose to move forward with Full Service Design after, the consultation becomes the foundation we build from.

    $300 + HST

  • For homeowners who are ready to renovate and want a designer to lead the process from start to finish.

    Phase 1 — Design

    We develop the full design concept for your project: space planning, material and finish selections, detailed drawings, and everything your contractor needs to get started. Phase 1 is priced as a flat fee based on the square footage of the project scope. It can stand alone if you have trades in place and simply need a complete, professionally prepared design package to hand off.

    Phase 2 — Procurement and Project Management

    For clients who want full hands-off delivery. We handle product sourcing and ordering, trade coordination, site management, installation, and final styling. You stay informed without having to manage a thing. Phase 2 is priced as a percentage of the overall project cost and follows Phase 1 for clients continuing into the full renovation process.

    Full Service Design is priced on a flat fee basis. Project estimates and fee details are provided in the proposal following your consultation.

  • A complete design package delivered remotely, ideal for clients who have a clear vision and a contractor ready to implement. You’ll receive a concept board, detailed floor plan, 3D rendering, and a clickable shopping list — everything you need to bring the space to life on your own timeline.

    Note: Virtual Design is not suitable for projects involving structural, mechanical, or plumbing changes. Those projects require Full Service Design.

    Turnaround 2 to 4 weeks. Additional spaces available at a discounted rate.

  • Available to interior designers and design professionals who need high-quality technical drawings, floor plans, or renderings for their own client projects. Packages are scoped per project.
